These terms govern use of the Falcon AI website. The site is operated by Falcon AI Limited, a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under licence CL14175, with its licensed business address at IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms were last updated on 24 August 2026.

Information, access and contracts
The site describes Falcon AI products and product direction. Illustrations may use synthetic data and may not represent every current feature. We may change or withdraw site content and do not promise continuous availability.
A request for access, demonstration, investment discussion or partnership does not create access, a delivery commitment, partner status or a contract. Any commercial service, investment or partnership requires a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

No financial services or advice
Falcon AI describes software, technology research, data classification and analysis services. Nothing on this site is offered as a financial service, investment advice, brokerage, trade execution, portfolio management or a recommendation to enter into a transaction.
You remain responsible for commercial, operational, trading and risk decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice. Site content must not be used as the sole basis for a transaction or regulated decision.
Falcon AI may publish market commentary, illustrative product views, synthetic figures and summaries of third-party research. Where it does, that material is general information. It does not constitute advice, a solicitation, an offer or a recommendation to transact in any financial instrument, freight derivative, physical cargo or vessel.
No representation or warranty is given as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of that material, including material reproduced from third-party sources under their own licence terms. Falcon AI accepts no responsibility for any use of it or for the consequences of that use. Anyone acting on it does so at their own risk.

Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view and use the site for lawful evaluation of Falcon AI. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape it in a way that impairs the service, misrepresent affiliation with Falcon AI or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
The site, product names, interfaces, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by Falcon AI Limited or its licensors. No intellectual property right is transferred except the limited right to use the site under these terms.

Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Falcon AI excludes implied warranties about accuracy, completeness, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Falcon AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
