Cookie Notice
How the Falcon AI website uses strictly necessary technology and protects the public request form.
01
Scope
This notice explains the cookies and similar technical storage used on the Falcon AI website. It was last updated on 31 August 2026.
02
Strictly necessary technology
The website and its hosting providers may use strictly necessary technical storage and security mechanisms to deliver pages, maintain service integrity, prevent abuse and process the request form. These mechanisms are not used to build advertising profiles.
The form also uses a short-lived keyed network fingerprint for rate limiting. It is stored for no more than twenty-four hours and is not a browser cookie.
03
Privacy-first analytics; no advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and performance. It does not use cookies or localStorage, does not fingerprint individual visitors and is not used to build advertising profiles.
No advertising pixels or consent-based tracking are enabled on this release. The site does not display a cookie consent banner because this analytics configuration does not set cookies or use client-side storage.
04
Changes and controls
If non-essential or consent-based technology is introduced, Falcon AI will update this notice and implement the controls required by applicable law before enabling it. You may also use browser controls to delete or block cookies, although blocking necessary storage may affect site operation.
