This notice explains the cookies and similar technical storage used on the Falcon AI website. It was last updated on 6 October 2026.

Strictly necessary technology
The website and its hosting providers may use strictly necessary technical storage and security mechanisms to deliver pages, maintain service integrity, prevent abuse and process the request form. These mechanisms are not used to build advertising profiles.
The form also uses a short-lived keyed network fingerprint for rate limiting. It is stored for no more than twenty-four hours and is not a browser cookie.
Your analytics choice is stored in browser localStorage under falcon.analytics-consent.v1. It remembers acceptance or rejection until you change your choice or clear browser storage. If your browser blocks this storage, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again after reloading.

Analytics choices; no advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and performance. It does not use cookies or localStorage, does not fingerprint individual visitors and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Google Analytics is optional. Until you select Accept analytics, its scripts do not load and the website sends no analytics requests to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_K3CE8GTYCN to measure visits and website use. The website does not enable advertising consent.

Changes and controls
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics at any time. Withdrawing consent disables Google Analytics, removes its default cookies from this domain and reloads the page to unload its scripts. Withdrawal does not undo measurements already sent while consent was granted. You may also use browser controls to clear storage or block cookies.
