Partner Terms
Terms for partnership, referral, integration and ecosystem enquiries made through this website.
01
Partnership enquiries
These terms apply to unsolicited partnership, referral, integration and ecosystem enquiries submitted through this website. They do not replace a separately signed agreement.
02
No partner status
Submitting or discussing an enquiry does not create partner status, agency, authority to represent Falcon AI, exclusivity, customer ownership, attribution, a right to commission or any other obligation.
A partnership exists only under a separate written agreement signed by Falcon AI Limited and the other party. That agreement must define scope, approvals, branding, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property, attribution, payment, tax, conflicts, termination and liability as applicable.
03
Communications and information
Do not make public statements, use Falcon AI branding or approach third parties on Falcon AI’s behalf without prior written approval. Do not submit confidential, personal or third-party information unless you are authorised to disclose it and it is necessary for the enquiry.
04
Compliance and decisions
Each party remains responsible for its own legal, regulatory, tax and due-diligence obligations. Falcon AI may accept, decline or stop a partnership discussion at any time before a written agreement is signed.
05
Governing law
These website partner terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by DIFC law. The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
