Personal data we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, work email, enquiry type, message, the page from which you submitted the request and the submission time. Company, role and country or region are collected only if you choose to provide them.
For service protection, a network address is processed transiently to create a keyed one-way fingerprint used for rate limiting. The raw network address is not stored in that rate-limit record.
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate page-view and performance measurements. It does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
03
Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry data to respond to requests, evaluate product access, manage commercial or partnership discussions and take steps requested before entering into a contract. We also use limited data to secure the site, prevent abuse, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the request, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or compliance with a legal obligation. Where we specifically ask for consent, you may withdraw it at any time. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing.
04
Recipients and international transfers
We disclose personal data only where necessary to website hosting and database providers; professional advisers; counterparties involved in a requested discussion; and public authorities where required by law. The production service runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1, and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and performance measurement.
Some recipients may process data outside the DIFC. Where DIFC law requires it, we use an adequacy basis, contractual safeguards or another permitted transfer mechanism and limit access to what is necessary.
05
Retention
If an enquiry does not lead to a contract or continuing relationship, we ordinarily keep it for twenty-four months after the last substantive interaction. We may keep relevant records longer where needed for a contract, a legal obligation, dispute or legal claim. Rate-limit fingerprints are deleted after twenty-four hours.
Retention review and deletion are operated manually until an automated policy is introduced. We delete or anonymise data when the applicable purpose and retention requirement end.
06
Your rights
Subject to DIFC law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. We normally respond within one month, although the law permits an extension in limited cases.
To exercise a right, use the contact form and select “Privacy or data request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
07
Questions and complaints
Contact Falcon AI through the privacy request route or at its registered office if you have a question about this notice. You also have the right to complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
